Missed A Delivery?


We hold parcels for 7 calendar days before returning them to their sender, so arranging your redelivery should be done as soon as possible*.


We know you can’t always be at home to receive your parcel, so we're happy to redeliver it at your request.

  • Free redelivery to your current address
  • Free redelivery to another address
  • Free collection from our depot

*This is an estimated figure and parcels may be held longer at the request of the customer.

Getting Started.


To arrange a redelivery, first reference the section marked 'Criteria!'**


You can 'Live Chat' with us in the bottom right corner or fill in the 'Redelivery' form and click 'Arrange Redelivery'.


If you wish to 'Collect' your parcel, you can either Live Chat with us to arrange or fill in the form below. Just state in the 'Additional Instructions' that you will be coming to collect your parcel on the date you specified under the 'Redelivery Date' field.


**The criteria must be followed otherwise this could cause delays in your parcel being redelivered.

Criteria!

  1. Complete all fields marked with an asterisk (*).
  2. Make sure the date for redelivery is between Mon-Fri (delivery time  cannot be specified).
  3. The date range for a collections is Mon-Fri 10.30am - 5.30pm and Saturdays 10am - 12pm  (must have valid ID) .
  4. If you wish for your parcel to be delivered to a new address, enter the new address into the  'Additional Instructions'  field.
  5. If you have any other instructions regarding leaving safe or with a neighbour, enter these into the  'Additional Instructions'  field***.

***This might contradict what our customer has said, in that case we will be unable to leave your parcel and will need you to get the supplier to contact us and arrange this.
